Therapeutic Swedish massage addresses your individuals goals for pain & emotional well-being. Theraeputic swedish offers a blend of long relaxing strokes to firm pressure with intention.
Himalayan Salt Stone
Himalayan salt stone massage uses warm Himalayan salt stones to soothe away stress & tension to promote a sense of overall well-being.
Percussive Therapy
Percussive therapy is a non-envasive therapy that uses a small machine to apply rapid, repeated pressure to sore & tired muscles. Percusive therapy has been show to help improve pain and reduce muscle soreness & stiffness.
Assisted Stretching
Assisted stretching is a form of passive stretching where the massage therapist manually moves and stretches muscles, tendons, & ligaments. This technique allows for deeper, more controlled stretches without active effort from the client, improving flexibility, mobility, & reducing muscle tension.
Rates
Rates are all inclusive! I don't charge extra for micro enhancements!
All sessions are subject to 7.5% sales tax.
